Registrations and abstracts
Submitting a form does not by itself guarantee participation or acceptance. Abstracts are reviewed according to each conference's review process, and registrations are confirmed by email after the organising team has verified your details and any applicable fee.
Content and copyright
Authors remain responsible for the originality and accuracy of their submissions and retain ownership of their work. By submitting, you permit the organisers to use the title, abstract and speaker details for programme publication and event promotion for the relevant conference.
Conduct
Participants are expected to behave professionally and respectfully during all sessions. The organisers may remove participants who disrupt an event.
Changes to events
Dates, programmes and speakers may change. Where an event is rescheduled or cancelled, registered participants will be informed by email.
