Event-specific terms
Fees, discounts, waivers and refund terms differ between conferences and participant categories. The applicable terms are published on each conference's registration page before payment is accepted.
Cancellation by a participant
If you need to cancel, please email the organising team quoting your registration reference as early as possible. Any refund is handled according to the terms shown for that event.
Cancellation or rescheduling by the organiser
If an event is cancelled or rescheduled by Scientary Ally Meetings, registered participants will be notified by email and offered the options published for that event.
