We use this information to process registrations and abstracts, communicate with you about the conference you applied to, issue confirmations, receipts and certificates, and operate the events. We send newsletters or future event marketing only if you have given separate, optional consent, and you can unsubscribe at any time.
Sharing and access
Participant data is accessible only to authorised organising staff. We do not sell personal data. Meeting links are shared only with confirmed participants.
Recordings
Sessions may be recorded only where consent has been obtained from the speakers and participants concerned.
Retention and your rights
We keep personal data and uploaded payment evidence only for as long as needed to run the event and meet record-keeping needs. You may ask us to access, correct or delete your data by emailing us using the address on the Contact page.
